The Galt House Hotel

Are you passionate about hospitality and creating memorable first impressions? The Galt House Hotel is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-driven Bellperson to join our team.

As a Bellperson, you will be one of the first and last faces our guests see. You play a key role in delivering exceptional service by assisting with luggage, offering helpful information, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued from arrival to departure.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the welcoming face of the Galt House Hotel, creating positive and lasting first impressions

• Greet every guest with a warm smile and provide hospitable, professional, and personalized service

• Assist guests with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms

• Share local knowledge, including nearby restaurants, entertainment, and attractions

• Provide directions and information about hotel amenities, meeting rooms, and dining options

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional curbside and work area

• Support hotel operations with additional duties as assigned

Working Conditions

• Frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling carts, and lifting luggage

• Active role in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds

• Reach heights of up to 6 feet

• Remain in a stationary position for up to 1 hour at a time

• Perform continuous physical movement throughout the shift
