The Room Service Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for guests placing orders or seeking assistance with dining services. The Room Service Concierge handles incoming calls, provide detailed menu information, take and accurately input orders into the system, and coordinate with the kitchen and runners to ensure timely delivery. The Room Service Concierge addresses guest inquiries, special requests, and any concerns with professionalism and courtesy, aiming to provide a seamless dining experience. They are also responsible for keeping records of orders, managing billing, and communicating effectively with other departments. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guest satisfaction with each interaction.
Work Requirements

· Follows the service guidelines outlined in our brand standards and in this manual.
· Greet each guest with a warm and sincere smile, making eye contact and speaking at an
appropriate tone and volume level. Provide an exceptional guest experience.
· Describe the menu fully as needed, including changes in the menu and specials. Follows
and uses all scripts with each guest interaction.
· Oversee table maintenance, including refills, pre-bussing, clearing and re-setting tables.
· As a member of the team, help others and request help as needed. Performs reasonable
work-related tasks and/or assignments requested by management.
· Help and oversee support staff in keeping side stations stocked with everything in place:
glassware, share plates, trays, condiments, sugar, coffee, tea, etc.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Food & Beverage or customer service experience preferred
· Positive leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff in a fast-paced working
environment.
· Excellent hand-eye coordination.
· Excellent time management skills.
· Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions.
· Working knowledge of various computer software programs to include Microsoft Office,
Excel and restaurant management software.
· Ability to work flexible schedule which includes night, weekends and holidays.
