The company is currently hiring a Front Office Supervisor.


  • Make a daily reservation count of arrivals and departures to aid in the selling of rooms.
  • Use suggestive selling techniques to upgrade room types and promote other services of the hotel.
  • Register all incoming guest in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Stay up to date on room rates, packages, discounts and how to handle each.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of room types, location, furnishings and other amenities that are included.
  • Handle complaints courteously and relay them to your manager for appropriate action.
  • Plan, schedule, organize, coordinate and administer front office activities.
  • Perform responsibilities of front office agent.
  • Supervise and train front office personnel.
  • All other duties as assigned


  • HS Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of hotel supervisory experience
  • Familiar with basic math and cash handling procedures
  • Possess computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Positive and professional attitude at all times.
  • Knowledge of the greater Louisville Area
  • One must be available for the demands of the business including nights, weekends and holidays.
