Responsibilities

A successful candidate will support the Crowne Plaza Hotel brand by providing our guests with exceptional customer service. Candidate must have the ability to sell retail and food & beverage items. Must have excellent communication skills, a neat and professional appearance accompanied by a great personality and a winning smile.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Prior customer service experience in a food & beverage setting
• Previous cashier experience required
• Previous kitchen "back line" food preparation experience is required
• Familiar with operating kitchen equipment such as a baking oven & electric knife
