Assistant Server/Busser (AM, PT)

Overview

Communicates with and assists food servers to maintain service efficiency and ensure guest satisfaction. Maintains cleanliness of and restocks the front of the house area. Support the Crowne Plaza hallmarks and standards. Responsible for clearing, cleaning and setting tables according to established service standards. Delivers water and bread to table promptly after hotel guest are seated. Performs inventory management of stock stations, silverware, napkins, tables and condiments. Responsible for cleaning and wiping down floor, tables, chairs, walls, windows and service area. Communicates with host/hostess and wait staff to maintain service efficiency and ensure guest satisfaction. May assist wait staff in serving tables with hot beverages such as tea or coffee. All other duties as required.
