The Galt House Hotel is currently hiring a Host for Swizzle. The Host courteously greets and escort guests to tables and assist in seating, ensuring hotel service standards. Assist in preparing the Restaurant for service and always maintaining the cleanliness of the room. Take reservations and maintain reservation book. Assist in monitoring the guests' needs and all phases of the operation.

Responsibilities

• Assigning and escorting guests to their table.

• Providing menus.

• Making reservations.

• Arranging parties.

• May at times act as the cashier.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol

• At least 1year of previous experience as a host or concierge.

• Guest service and excellent communication skills required.

• Basic computer skills required.

• Must have a friendly and engaging personality, with a positive attitude and professional and well-groomed appearance
